The chief executive officer (CEO) of State Health Authority (SHA) Reena Joshi has said that all the empanelled hospitals in the Aysuhman scheme should actively participate in the ongoing ‘ Swastha Nari, Shashakt Parivar’ campaign. The CEO presided over a meeting with the representatives of all the empanelled hospitals in Dehradun on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, she said that the ‘Swastha Nari, Shashakt Parivar’ campaign is an important initiative. The campaign started on September 17 (birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi) and will culminate on October 2 (Gandhi Jayanti). Joshi said that in view of the humanitarian aspect, the hospitals should take part in the campaign and finalise the date and place of the camps organised  by them.

She said that after organising camps the hospitals should upload the content and pictures on the Aysuhman portal.

On the plea of some hospital representatives about organising the camps in their hospital premises, the CEO suggested that they should organise camps for better reach. Joshi said that priority should be given for organising camps in the far flung areas of the State.

The director finance of SHA Abhishek Kumar, director administration Dr DP Joshi, director Dr Saroj Naithani and other officers attended the meeting.
