Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and extended his wishes to the residents of the State on National Unity Day. While honoring Patel, the CM said that his contributions to safeguarding the nation’s unity and integrity will always be remembered.
He emphasised that Patel’s diplomacy and foresight played a significant role in the creation of a unified India. Through his strong will, vision and unwavering dedication, Patel fulfilled the dream of a united India and accomplished the great task of making the nation stronger.
Dhami further stated that Patel gave us an India that embodies a spirit of unity despite its diversity. Every citizen of the country will remain indebted to him for his unparalleled contributions. He urged the younger generation to draw inspiration from Patel’s ideals and contribute to the country’s overall development. CM also said that 2025 marks the 150th birth anniversary of Patel, an occasion that brings pride and inspiration to the nation. Patel’s message of “Ek Bharat, Shreshth Bharat” remains relevant even today.
