The vice president of Uttarakhand Culture, Literature and Arts Council Madhu Bhatt informed that a seminar and exhibition celebrating the contributions and personality of former Prime Minister and a recipient of the Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee, will be held in honour of his birth anniversary. The event is scheduled to commence on December 24, 2025, at 10 AM at the Sanskriti (Culture) Auditorium in Dehradun. Beginning December 25, 2025, the seminar will also be conducted at various assembly levels. Bhatt shared this information during a press conference on Monday.
