Cabinet meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday in the State Secretariat to be presided over by the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. It is learnt that the meeting would start at 5 pm. During the Cabinet meeting the excise policy 2023-24 may be approved. Importantly, the state government has set a target of earning Rs 4000 crore revenue from excise. This aside, some other important decisions are likely to be taken. These may pertain to agriculture, rural development, floriculture. Besides, as per information received, discussions may be held on finance, revenue, education, transport and disaster management.
