After fresh incident of ragging was reported from Haldwani Medical College, the college authority sent a team to probe. After CCTV footages gave confirmation of the incident, the college authority called meeting of anti-ragging committee. At the meeting, both the seniors and juniors were heard. After this, the seniors found guilty might be expelled from the course and the hostel. This aside, the college authority might slap them with fines. Notably, such an incident happened last year too.
