The Youth Congress will organise a protest march to the State secretariat on July 19 in Dehradun. Informing about the programme, the president of Youth Congress Sumittar Bhullar told the media persons at Congress Bhawan on Monday that the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Karan Mahara and other senior leaders of the party would participate in the march. He said that the BJP government of the State is functioning in a despotic manner and it has maintained a stoic silence on the burning issues. Bhullar said that the government is silent on the VIP involved in the Ankita Bhandari murder case, demand of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry in the recruitment scams, increasing prices and the lathi charge on the unemployed youths. The vice president of Youth Congress Mohan Bhandari, Shiva Verma and others were present on the occasion.
