In latest Uttarakhand news, K L Talwar has been appointed the new principal of the Government Post-Graduate College Karnprayag in Chamoli district, as per the order released in the name of the additional secretary, higher education department, Uttarakhand Prasant Kumar Arya. Currently, he is the principal of the Government Degree College Chakrata, in Dehradun district. He has been asked to join his new post in seven days.
