With most of the departments struggling to complete the exercise of annual transfers, the State government has extended the transfer session to July 31. The departments can now transfer the employees as per the Transfer Act till July 31. An order in this regard was issued by the additional secretary Lalit Mohan Rayal on Monday. In the Annual Transfer Act 2017, the last date for completing the process of transfers is June 10. In view of the delay in the start of the process of transfer this year due to Lok Sabha elections, the government had extended the date till July 10. Now another extension on this date has been given by the administration.
