Vidhan Sabha speaker Ritu Bhushan Khanduri held a meeting of the officers of the administration and police on Saturday regarding the monsoon session of the Assembly. In the meeting she reviewed the preparations and security arrangements for the Assembly session commencing from August 21 at Bharadisain in Gairsain.
Interacting with the media persons later, the speaker said that all preparations for the monsoon session of the State Assembly have been made. Khanduri said that she has directed the officers of administration to ensure that all the arrangements such as water, electricity and others are made in time. She also directed the police to make fool proof security arrangements for the Assembly session.
The meeting was attended by chief secretary Radha Raturi, officiating director general of police Abhinav Kumar, secretaries of different departments and officers of the State Assembly.
