A bunch of senior Congress leaders from Harish Rawat to Ganesh Godiyal and Karan Mahara to the party candidate Manoj Rawat are fiercely latching on to the issue during their high-voltage campaigning to capitalise the sympathy factor with the hope that this would help them tilt the bypoll balance in their party’s favour.
