Activist and BJP leader Ravindra Jugran staked his claim for the mayoral post of Dehradun Municipal Corporation. The former DAV College student union president Ravindra Jugran who had gone to jail several times during the Statehood movement sent a three-page letter to the chief minister and the party State president in this matter.
