According to the complaint, Walia had an argument with some youths a few days ago at Clement Town police station. At that time, he was allegedly issued death threats. On April 20, he was returning from a cafe near Gautam Kund after 4 PM when a car allegedly hit his bike from behind causing him to fall on the road due to the impact.
