Uttarakhand High Court has issued a notification designating seven advocates as senior advocates under Section 16 of the Advocates Act, 1961 and the Uttarakhand High Court (Designation of Senior Advocates) Rules, 2018.
The lawyers practising in the High Court hailed this decision, saying that honour has been bestowed in recognition of the lawyers’ extensive experience and judicial contributions.
