On the occasion of the World Environment Day, a tree planting seminar and environmental awareness rally was organised under the joint aegis of Uttar Pradesh Forest Corporation and Venkateshwara Group of Institutions.
The speakers appealed to everyone to plant more trees and contribute effectively to making India polythene-free.
On this occasion, the founder president, VGI, Sudhir Giri and the pro-vice chancellor, Rajiv Tyagi addressed the commemorative gathering and urged people to advance the cause of Clean India-Green India.
