Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University (VMSBUTU) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) at the NIELIT Corporate Office, New Delhi, to strengthen collaboration in digital education, skill development and technology-enabled learning.
The MoU was formally signed by the vice- chancellor, VMSBUTU, Tripta Thakur and director general, NIELIT, M M Tripathi,.
The partnership aims to promote credit-based online learning, NSQF-aligned courses, customised training programmes and digital skilling initiatives through the NIELIT Digital University Platform, VMSBUTU sources said, adding that the collaboration would enable students, faculty members, and learners to access industry-relevant courses designed to enhance digital competencies and improve employability.
