MCH to undertake development works in accordance with Sanatan culture: Rawat

Haridwar MP and former chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that development works will be undertaken by the ‘triple-engine’ government in the Municipal Corporation of Haridwar (MCH) in accordance with Sanatan culture. He assured all possible help in developing Haridwar into a global spiritual capital. Rawat was speaking at a function held to felicitate the Haridwar mayor Kiran Jaisal and 40 BJP councillors on the occasion of the MCH board completing one year in office.
Speaking on the occasion, Jaisal thanked the public and councillors for their cooperation during the past one year. She said that balanced development in all the 60 wards of MCH is her top priority, adding that efforts are also being taken consistently to ensure an administration without any corruption.
Addressing the gathering, Haridwar MLA Madan Kaushik said that Haridwar has built its unique identity on the global platform. Development works will continue with the help of the Central and State governments considering the future requirements, he said. Ranipur MLA Adesh Chauhan opined that the MCH had set new standards in development with the support of the public.
