The president of Bharat Scouts and Guides, Uttarakhand and Cabinet minister, Dhan Singh Rawat will be presented with the Silver Elephant Award, the highest national honour of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, for his outstanding contribution and leadership in the Scouts and Guides movement.
The award will be presented to him by the Uttar Pradesh Governor, Anandiben Patel on November 26 at a ceremony to be held at the Raj Bhavan, Lucknow.
