A vehicle met with an accident on the Bhowali-Almora road at Niglat village near Kainchi Dham on Saturday. The SDRF personnel who rushed to the spot upon being informed said that the car had plunged into a gorge after the driver lost control, adding that they had to cut the cabin of the vehicle to rescue the driver who was found dangerously trapped in the wreckage. Police said that the injured was Dayal Singh from Bageshwar.
