Special prayers held at the Char Dhams on PM Modi’s birthday

Special prayers were held at the Char Dhams and other pilgrimage sites in Uttarakhand on the occasion of the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday. In these prayers, the Teerth Purohits and the priests offered prayers for the PM’s good health and long life.
A Hawan was performed at the Badrinath Dham in the presence of the officials of the Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC). Similarly, at Kedarnath Dham, priests performed Maharudrabhishek and prayed to Baba Kedar. Priests at both shrines stated that PM Modi’s personal efforts have resulted in unprecedented reconstruction and development work at all four Dhams in Uttarakhand.
The priests at Gangotri and Yamunotri Dhams also performed special prayers for the PM on his birthday, attended by a large number of locals and pilgrims. The Teerth Purohits were of the view that the prestige of the country has increased in the world under PM Modi’s leadership. Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that PM Modi has a special affection for Uttarakhand, and the people of Uttarakhand also hold a special place in their hearts for the PM.
