5 years of Dhami Govt: Seva Pakhwada held in Haridwar

Several welfare programmes were held in Rishikul on Saturday under the Sewa Pakhwada organised to mark the completion of five years of the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami’s tenure. Among those present were the cabinet ministers Madan Kaushik and Pradeep Batra and the Haridwar district magistrate Mayur Dixit.
A number of departments set up stalls and provided information about the government’s public welfare schemes and distributed the benefits of the schemes to the eligible beneficiaries. Besides, the public grievances were heard and resolved.

In his address, Kaushik said that under the CM’s leadership, Uttarakhand is setting new dimensions of development and through Sewa Pakhwada across the State, the government’s schemes are being taken to the last person. Batra said that the government is providing the benefits of the schemes directly to the eligible people. The DM said that along with resolving the people’s complaints by various departments, the process of connecting the eligible beneficiaries with the schemes was also completed. Ranipur MLA Adesh Chauhan and the chief development officer Lalit Narayan Mishra were also present on the occasion.
