The public meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi started at 12.54 PM in Forest Research Institute (FRI) ground on Sunday but the people had started arriving at FRI early from the early morning. Large number of the students from different colleges and universities had also come to hear the PM. Students of some colleges were seen carrying a plastic bag with some eatables and water bottles which they were not allowed by the Police to carry inside the venue. Many students were also asked to remove their black coloured jackets as a precautionary measure by the authorities. The students were seen blaming their colleges for lack of communication with the administration on these issues.
