Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has directed the Education department to ensure that all the students of the schools of the State visit the upcoming Science City in Jhajra in Dehradun.
This will be the country’s fifth science city. He said that once completed the science city will give Uttarakhand a new identity in the field of science and innovation.
The CM exhorted the students to visit the Science City to develop a curiosity about science, a scientific outlook and a spirit of innovation.
He said that connecting children with modern science and technology would be an important step toward preparing a new generation of future scientists, researchers and innovators.
