Doon students shine in Class X CBSE examination

Students in Dehradun excelled in the class X examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), with results announced on Wednesday afternoon. In The Asian School, Munazza Ashraf achieved the highest score in class X with 98.6 per cent, followed closely by Pranjal Gupta with 98.4 per cent and Anshika Yadav with 98 per cent. The school’s 261 students took the exams and it recorded a 100 pass percentage. Specifically, 76 students scored between 90 -100 per cent, 88 students achieved scores between 80 – 89.8 per cent, and 80 students scored between 70 per cent- 79.8 per cent.
In Doon International School, Rudraksh Rawat topped class X with an impressive 99.4 per cent. Further, 142 students of this school obtained marks above 90 per cent, while 47 students secured scores above 85 per cent. The director, principal and staff of Doon International Schoolexpressed their happiness with the results, stating that their students have once again met expectations by excelling in such large numbers.
In Delhi Public School (DPS), Yashashvi Pant topped class X with a score of 98.2 per cent, followed by Shubhangi Kaushik with 97.6 per cent and Atharva Srivastava with 97.4 per cent. Many students at DPS achieved scores above 95 per cent and a significant number exceeded 90 per cent. This year, 80 per cent of the students passed their exams with distinction, while the remaining students achieved first division.
In Kasiga School, the top achievers in the Class X Board Examinations include Tanmay Sharma and Ayan Iqbal, both of whom secured 96 per cent, followed by Ragini Sharma and Penial Paikra with 94 per cent. Asit Srivastava emerged as the third topper with a score of 90 per cent.
