Major price cuts in Aanchal products after GST reforms

The Nainital Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Limited (NDUSSL) has announced a cut in the prices of its major dairy products. NDUSSL chairman Mukesh Bora said that following the decrease in Goods and Services Tax (GST) rates, this decision was taken to directly benefit the consumers.
The new rates of the dairy products have been implemented with immediate effect. As a result, the consumers will get a relief of between Rs five and Rs 70, depending on the product.The price of 15 grammes Aanchal butter has been decreased by Rs five to Rs 10 per unit while the 100 grammes pack will now cost Rs three less at Rs 55. And the 500 grammes pack will cost Rs 10 less at Rs 275.
Similarly, the brand’s one litre ghee pack will cost Rs 20 less at Rs 610 and the 2oo grammes pack will cost Rs five less at Rs 125. The 180 grammes Paneer pack will cost Rs three less at Rs 77; the one kilogramme pack will cost Rs 15 less at Rs 385 and the five kilogramme pack will cost Rs 70 less at Rs 1,530.NDUSSL officials said that the price cuts will directly benefit the consumers while also making Aanchal products available at competitive rates.
