Minister, officers to attend Cooperative brainstorming in Delhi with Amit Shah

Ahead of the meeting of the cooperative ministers of the States and Union Territories with the Union Cooperative and Home Minister Amit Shah slated in Delhi on June 30, the State Cooperative minister Dhan Singh Rawat reviewed the preparations for the same here on Saturday. He collected information from the department officers on the successful model schemes rolled out by the department.
Rawat said that the meeting in Delhi would be a national-level platform to review the progress, exchange views and prepare future action plans to strengthen the cooperative sector further across the country. “The scheduled churning of cooperatives is meant to develop a shared understanding and coordinated strategy to advance the vision of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi of Sahakar se Samriddhi,” he said.
Among the senior officers who will leave for Delhi along with Rawat on June 29 are secretary cooperatives BVRC Purushottam, registrar cooperative societies Meherban Singh Bisht and Anand Shukla.
