The opposition Congress however has accused the BJP for spreading canard on the bill. The Congress leaders claim that the real intent of Narendra Modi government behind bringing the constitutional amendment bill in Lok Sabha was to impose a divisive delimitation on the country in the guise of the women reservation. They say that the attempts to fiddle with the federal structure and constitution has received a setback in the Lok Sabha and it has made the party and its leaders panicky.
