The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dehradun, Dr Manoj Kumar Sharma confirmed that two patients have tested positive for Covid-19 on Thursday. This increases the cumulative total to 58 cases of the disease out of whom 46 are local residents, 11 are migrants and one case originated in Haridwar.
Currently, there are two active Covid-19 cases in the district and both are recuperating at home. Dr Sharma also said that 20 samples were tested for Covid-19 on Thursday, taking the overall number of samples tested to 572.
