Kasiga hosts Kaleidoscope with leading schools of Doon

In latest news from Doon, Kasiga School hosted its third edition of Kaleidoscope Inter-School Event, involving the leading schools of Dehradun. About 225 students from schools across Dehradun participated and showcased their creative qualities under multiple categories. Senior functionaries of Kasiga said that the event featured a variety of artistic challenges and showcases. Young artists created vibrant landscapes with oil pastels and demonstrated pottery skills using the coil method. Participants also crafted unique paper masks and displayed traditional block printing on dupattas. Imaginative collages, clay murals and intricate mandalas highlighted their creativity. A fruit sculpture contest and poster-making competition were also held.
Two eminent artists were present as judges: Smrity Lal andGyanendra Kumar. The event concluded with award ceremony where Kasiga School clinched the first position, bagging the winner’s trophy multiple categories and the second position went to DIS City Campus. However, as Kasiga was the host school, it gave away its winner’s trophy to DIS City Campus.
