PIONEER EDGE NEWS SERVICE/ Nainital
Under the Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan, a special two-day workshop on the topic of holistic health and well-being for the youth was organised at Kumaun University, Nainital. A team of experts led by the pedestrian Dr Deepak Pandey conducted an interactive session with the students. They briefed the students on stress management, emotional self-regulation, self-care, holistic health and mental health promotion.
Prof Neeta Bora Sharma chaired the workshop and the nodal officer Prof Suchi Bisht was the convener. Aside from the faculty, the non-teaching staff, research scholars and students were present in the workshop in large numbers.
