Dhami appeals West Bengal voters to end misrule of TMC

Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held a roadshow and addressed public meetings in support of BJP candidates in West Bengal on Monday. The CM participated in the nomination programme of the BJP candidates from Bangaon South, Bangaon North, Bagada and Gaighata assembly constituencies in Bangaon of North 24 Pargana district of West Bengal on Monday.
Earlier in the day, he participated in a well-attended road-show in the city. Addressing a public meeting in Bangaon, CM Dhami said that the TMC in West Bengal is not a political party but a ‘syndicate’. He said that cut and commission have become the identity of the TMC government and threatening of people and loot has become part of politics of TMC.
Dhami said that the double engine governments of BJP are establishing new dimensions of development in the BJP ruled States and expressed confidence that a new phase of development, prosperity and good governance will usher in West Bengal this time with establishment of a double engine government.
He said that the huge public turnout in the public meeting shows that a wave of change is sweeping across the landscape of West Bengal this time and that the BJP is poised to come to the power with a record mandate. Dhami appealed to the people to ensure the victory of BJP candidates. He said that the BJP rule in the State will ensure development and prosperity in the State. Dhami added that the BJP government will ensure that the rule of law is established in the State.
Pertinently, Uttarakhand CM Dhami is one of the most sought after BJP leaders in the campaign for Vidhan Sabha election in West Bengal. His decisions such as implementation of Uniform Civil Code, enactment of anti-riot law, anti-copying law and stern action on the land encroachers have made him popular in many parts of the country including West Bengal.
