Vidhan Sabha speaker Ritu Khanduri presented a handmade shawl with a picture of the State flower Brahmkamal embroidered on it to the President Droupadi Murmu in Vidhan Sabha on Monday. She also presented the President with a model of the mask used in the traditional Ramman (folk dance) and a coffee table book on Ramman. Later interacting with the media -persons the speaker said that there is only one artist in the State who makes these masks. She said that this traditional art will be preserved in the International Institute of Parliamentary Studies and Training Bharadisain (Gairsain).
