The initiation ceremony of students of class 12 for the academic session 2024-25 was completed in Vedic tradition at the Haridwar-based residential school Acharyakulam on Saturday. The total of 97 students- 57 boys and 40 girls- were initiated on the occasion. Addressing the newly initiated students, yoga guru Swami Ramdev said that Acharyakulam is the only educational institution in the world where the students reach new heights daily through the values being acquired through the practice of yoga and spirituality. Acharya Balkrishna said that the initiation ceremony radiates positivity. He exhorted the students to cling to the yogic principles and discipline all through their lives. Following the initiation, the students pledged to spread the values and education they are receiving at Acharyakulam everywhere.
Among others present were the vice-president of Acharyakulam, Ritambara Shastri and the principal, Swati Munshi. They urged the students to do their best for the upcoming board examinations.
